There is a certain unspoken definition of what beautiful hair is.
Even in the natural hair community rarely purchase 4C hair textures to crochet or install into their heads.
WE refuse to be products of this culture .
Our naps …my naps are beautiful…because WE were born this way .
So just because my curls aren’t loose doesn’t mean my hair doesn’t have value . No one ever tells a girl with loose curly hair that she needs to purchase nappy hair to install into her head.
Sometimes I get sick & tired of my friends telling me…
“You should buy this hair.”
“I think your hair looked better when you wore weaves.”
“I think this type of curl will look better on you.”
….As if my natural hair isn’t good enough.
We have become brainwashed as a people to think that the tighter the curl pattern the less profitable . Which indirectly means the more nappy looking the hair is the less beautiful.
THIS IS FALSE ! My Black has never been for sale because all hair textures came from me first.
I the black woman has always been :
The Seed
The Foundation
The Womb
The Alpha
The Origin
The Prototype…
Any other hair texture came from us and altered as humanity evolved and multiplied as a people.
No matter what , I will always think my black is beautiful .
From my roots to my kinky tips!
I hope that my tight curls do not offend you , because this is who GOD made me to naturally BE!
Now please allow me to wear my
Natural CROWN!

this is so important. this is so needed.
You go girl, rock your natural hair!!! I have rocked my natural hair, both as a young child and half of my teenage life!!! Now, as an anointed and spirit filled woman of God, I choose to rock relaxed tresses. To be honest, I feel empowered while wearing my natural hair or relaxed tresses, because it is truly through God where I feel my true empowerment!!! I celebrate my natural hair, by refraining from both long braids or weaves. Of course, there is nothing wrong with these styles, because we are all beautiful!!! Throughout the years, the black community have worn a variety of creative styles, that have expressed our empowerment, that no other culture has been able to actually grasp or capture, with our black hair!!! Our hair is beautiful, because we have the opportunity, to wear it in so many ways!!! However, if a black woman, has never actually embraced her natural hair , I do admit that perhaps some pieces of the puzzle, as far as her celebrating herself holistically have been missed, you truly would want to embraced this moment!!!
